Golden Ventures Capital needed a trifold brochure which advertised their EB-5 offerings while highlighting the location. The color pallet was established by looking at their supplied logo and the brochure was designed to give an air of elegance using thin weight fonts and strokes along with color photo overlays to give a sense of the location while reinforcing the branding.
